How do I cancel/amend orders?

*Sale items cannot be changed or canceled due to high order volumes during sale periods.

My order was unsuccessful, what should I do?

Check your payment method and any authentication requirements/details. If issues persist, customercare@pazzion.com with a screenshot of the error.

Can i amend my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact customercare@pazzion.com immediately. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

What forms of payment can I use?

Major credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay.

Other options: ShopPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay.

My payment was declined, what should I do?

Ensure your checkout information is correct. If still unsuccessful, contact your bank or email customercare@pazzion.com for assistance.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I do an exchange or return for my order?

We hope you love everything from your Pazzion purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure all returned item(s) are in its original, brand-new condition with tags, packaging and invoice intact. Item(s) that show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange. Online exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Do you provide return shipping labels or free returns?

We currently do not offer free returns and return shipping labels. All shipping and handling charges are to be borne by the customers. We recommend you to opt for a tracking shipping method, as we are not responsible for the loss of returned parcel.

What will happen if my order includes vouchers/discounts?

If a refund causes the order to fall below the minimum spend required for a voucher or discount, the full value of the voucher or discount will be deducted from the refund.

When will I receive the refund of my return?

It will take around 7 - 14 working days after your reaches us. Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check inspection to ensure items are in good condition and complies with our refund eligibility.

The refund amount will be refunded back to your original mode of payment.

Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery options?

We currently offer single shipment option worldwide. Orders are shipped from Singapore and processed Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For more details regarding shipping & delivery, please visit here.

Delivery lead time: 2 - 12 working days depending on location

Can I choose delivery date & time?

We currently do not offer the option to select a specific delivery date or time. Orders will be processed and delivered according to our standard timelines.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Duties & taxes are borne by customers. If your order is subject to any import taxes, the delivery company will contact you. Payment has to be made at your end for your package to be cleared from your local customs.

USA Duties & Taxes:Effective 29 August 2025, all U.S. orders (including those under USD 800) are now subject to duties and taxes in accordance with applicable tariffs and customs regulations. Duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Repairs & Services
Do you offer repair services?

We provide repair services, but they are subject to accessories repair only. Please send your inquiry along with a photo of the items to customercare@pazzion.com before dispatching the item to us.

Kindly note that you are responsible for delivering the item to the PAZZION warehouse in Singapore at your own expense.
