Kindly contact our customer service at customercare@pazzion.com to cancel or amend your orders. For items purchased on sale, we kindly ask that you understand we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations to your order due to the challenges of managing high volumes during sale period.


Please kindly check if the payment method is correct and if there is any authentication required. If above are checked and the transaction is still unsuccessful, kindly reach out to our customer service at customercare@pazzion.com and provide us the screenshot of the error you received.


Duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility. Please visit our Shipping and Delivery page to look for your country delivery information.


Duties and taxes are charged by your country customs and we are not able to advise on the amount or percentage charged.


Our couriers will be contacting customer to arrange delivery as well as to collect any duties and taxes (if any). If you reject the order upon delivering, the courier will ship back the order to us and the duties and taxes as well as the delivery fee charged back to us will be payable by customer. We will deduct the cost from the refund when the order reach us and refund the balance back to customer.


Currently we do not provide specific time slot deliveries. However, upon receiving the delivery email from our courier agent, you can coordinate directly with them for any specific arrangements.


Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days from the received date. Please be aware that sale items are non-refundable. You can facilitate the exchange or return by shipping the item to the PAZZION warehouse in Singapore (at your own expense).


We do not offer return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for handling the return process and covering any associated charges.


We provide repair services, but they are subject to accessories repair only. Please send your inquiry along with a photo of the shoes to customercare@pazzion.com before dispatching the item to us. Kindly note that you are responsible for delivering the item to the PAZZION warehouse in Singapore at your own expense.
