What are the membership Tiers?

Platinum Members

  • Enjoy 10% off on regular-priced items at all retail stores in Singapore and PAZZION.COM all year round.
  • On your birthday month, get a one-time 20% discount promo-code on regular priced items. (applicable for retail or online)
  • One time purchase of $280 or accumulated spent of $400 within 1 year (365 days) to be upgraded to our Platinum member.
  • Membership is valid for 1 year upon upgraded to Platinum account, else will be downgraded to Gold account.
  • Spend at least $200 within the valid membership duration to maintain Platinum account

    Gold Members

  • Enjoy 5% off on regular-priced items at all retail stores in Singapore and PAZZION.COM all year round.
  • On your birthday month, get a one-time 10% discount promo-code on regular priced items. (applicable for retail or online)
  • Accumulated spent of $100 within 1 year (365 days) to be upgraded to our Gold member.
  • Membership is valid for 1 year upon upgraded to Gold account, else will be downgraded to Silver account.
  • Spend at least $70 within the valid membership duration to maintain Gold account

    Silver Members
  • Be the first to receive latest product news, exclusive offers and promotions
  • Accumulate your spending and get a chance to upgrade to Gold and Platinum member to get more privileges.

  • * Discount are not applicable to collaboration items.
    * items marked as SALE, gift voucher, shoe care products and collaboration items does not add to the accumulated spend for membership tiers.

    Can I enjoy my Platinum / Gold member privileges online immediately after becoming a Platinum / Gold member in the retail store?

    You are able to enjoy the member privileges on PAZZION.COM after you completed the online activation for your account. Kindly refer to the ‘Steps for Online VIP Account Activation’ for more information on how to go about on this.


    Do I need to enter any Platinum / Gold member details during my purchase after the online activation?

    No, your member discounts will be reflected automatically when you check out from the shopping bag.


    Can I get the membership 10% / 5% discount on regular priced item immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a VIP member?

    The discount is only applicable for next purchase.


    Forgotten email or username?

    Please drop us an email at customercare@pazzion.com and provide us your name / address / phone number for us to retrieve your email and username. After retrieving the email and username, please proceed to change the password.

    Forgot password?

    Please click on "login/register" at PAZZION.COM and click on the "forgotten password" and key in the username or email address registered and you will receive an email with a hyperlink to change your password.


    STEPS TO ONLINE MEMBER ACCOUNT ACTIVATION:

    Retail Platinum / Gold / Silver member with no online account

    Step 1

    Register an online account on PAZZION.com

    Step 2

    Email customercare@pazzion.com with your registered email address and provide us the following:


    • - Name
    • - Last 3 digits and letter of your ID
    • - Registered mobile number
    • - Include “Upgrade Online Membership” as the email subject

    Step 3

    Upon verification of your membership status, an email notification will be sent within 2 working days. Now you can enjoy your membership privileges online!


    Platinum and Gold member who has not activated their existing online membership status

    Step 1

    Email customercare@pazzion.com and provide us the following:


    • - Name
    • - Last 3 digits and letter of ID
    • - Registered mobile number
    • - Include “Upgrade Online Membership” as the email subject

    Step 2

    You will be notified via email within 2 days once your membership status in online/retail is activated. Now you can enjoy your membership privileges online and retail!
